"This Is Me", ditulis oleh Julie Brown, Paul Brown, Regina Hicks dan Karen Intisari, adalah single keempat dari Camp Rock, sebuah film asli Disney Channel , yang tampil di soundtrack film. Album ini dirilis pada tanggal 17 Juni 2008 di iTunes toko musik digital untuk versi akustik penuh. Versi hidup juga termasuk dalam Jonas Brother: The 3D Concert Experience.

Ini adalah lagu pertama yang karakter Demi Lovato --> Mitchie Torres , bernyanyi di Camp Rock dengan karakter Joe Jonas --> Shane Gray. Mitchie menulis lagu di awal film dan kemudian mendengar (dalam versi akustik dengan piano) , tetapi tidak terlihat , oleh Shane yang sedang mencari gadis di balik suara yang menakjubkan . Setelah dilakukan kebanyakan orang sudah dalam sesi "Final Jam", Mitchie menyanyikan lagu (versi asli), dan Shane melihatnya dan menyanyikan bagian dari lagu yang ditulisnya, Gotta Find You . Dua lagu yang digabungkan untuk membuat versi asli , yang ditempatkan pada CD Camp Rock soundtrack . Lovato juga mencatat versi Spanyol dari lagu, berjudul Lo Que Soy (secara harfiah berarti What I Am), menggunakan musik versi akustik, dirilis pada edisi deluxe dari "Don't Forget" dan sebagai video yang menampilkan lagu bernyanyi sambil bermain piano.
